These terms form an agreement between you and TrustQuant Resilience Cloud Ltd., trading as TrustQuant, for your use of our website and service. By accessing the service you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
You agree to use the service lawfully, to keep your account credentials secure, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its data.
Subscriptions & billing
The service is offered on a subscription basis across our published SaaS tiers. Fees, billing cadence and included features depend on the tier you select. Specific commercial and cancellation terms will be confirmed at the point of purchase.
Intellectual property
The service, including its software, models, ratings and content, is owned by TrustQuant Resilience Cloud Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended; no other rights are transferred.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
